  • All services provided by Bernards Courier, Hauling, and Cleaning Services require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount ranges from $50.00 to $75.00, depending on the specific service.
  • The deposit secures your booking and ensures our commitment to providing the requested service.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work and strive for excellence. If we don’t meet your expectations during the first service, we promise to make it right.
  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you’re not satisfied with the results, we’ll redo the service free of charge. Your happiness matters to us!

4. Final Sales

  • All sales are final. Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  • We encourage open communication during the service to address any concerns promptly.

5. Right to Refuse Services

  • Bernards Courier, Hauling, and Cleaning Services reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
  • We will not provide services to individuals engaging in:
    • Hate speech
    • Unlawful behavior
    • Bullying
    • Discrimination
    • Fraud
    • Abuse

COURIER SERVICES IS THE ONLY SERVICE WE WILL REFUND IF WE DO NOT GET THE PACKAGE TO ITS DESTINATION ON TIME, HOWEVER MILEAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
