- We take pride in our work and strive for excellence. If we don’t meet your expectations during the first service, we promise to make it right.
- Our Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you’re not satisfied with the results, we’ll redo the service free of charge. Your happiness matters to us!
4. Final Sales
- All sales are final. Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
- We encourage open communication during the service to address any concerns promptly.
5. Right to Refuse Services
- Bernards Courier, Hauling, and Cleaning Services reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
- We will not provide services to individuals engaging in:
